| SHIPPING: We only charge a $13 flat fee on all orders no matter how much or what you order. Most orders ship Fedex Ground or USPS Mail. Local store pickup is available by apointment only. Firearms must be picked up locally or shipped to your local gun dealer. INSURED SHIPPING: Once a package is shipped from our location, you become the owner of the product. If you would like your package insured against loss during transit or damage, please reply to your order confirmation email and request it. You will be charged actual shipping insurance fees. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages once shipped. It is up to the customer to request that we add shipping insurance immediately after ordering. WARRANTY RETURNS: In a rare instance an item arrives defective and needs a warranty replacement, the buyer agrees to ship the item back to us or the manufacturer at their own cost. The replacement will be shipped to you at no cost. Contact us for RA#. CANCELLED ORDERS & RETURNS: All sales final after 15 days from date of purchase. We will only accept returned items if the item and packaging is still in new, resellable condition. You must email us for return authorization within 15 days of order. All ORDER CANCELLATIONS(after payment has been processed/packaged on our end) or RETURNED ITEMS will be subject to a 15% restocking/processing fee. Shipping is not refundable. |
